Cedar Plank Baked Bass
2 lbs. fish fillets
6 oz. teriyaki sauce
lemon juice
lemon pepper
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
Marinate fish overnight in teriyaki sauce. Pre heat oven to
375 degrees. Place Cedar Plank liberally oiled with olive oil
in oven for 20 minutes. Place fish on preheated and oiled Cedar
Plank. Sprinkle lemon juice and lemon pepper over fish. Place
onion slices on fillets. Place planked fish in oven and bake
at 375 degrees for approximately 20-25 minutes. Serve on a bed
of raspberry Cous Cous with a side of mushrooms and peas sauted
in butter, wine and garlic and finish with a hardy Chardonnay
chilled to 40 degrees
