Cedar Plank Grilled Salmon

1 - salmon fillet
3-fresh lemons
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup minced parsley
3-cloves crushed garlic
1-tsp salt
1-tsp black pepper
Soak Cedar plank for 2-3 hours in Water

Heat grill and brush olive oil on salmon and Cedar plank. Salt and pepper it.
Squeeze juice from lemons in a bowl add olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and mix well. Place planked fish on the grill and baste with the lemon mixture.
Cook fish until done. Serve and top with the remaining lemon sauce. I like this served on the porch with baked beans, a dark hardy stout brew or a sweetened Ice tea with a sprig of mint and Potatoes Au gratin.
