CEDAR PLANKED ZIPPY SALMON
Salmon Filet Topping
1. 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
2. 2 tsp Chopped Parsley
3. 1 tsp Montreal Steak Spice
4. 2 cloves Garlic chopped fine
5. 1 med Onion (chopped fine)
6. 1 tbsp Crushed Pepper 7. Sprinkling of fine Sea Salt
Soak Cedar Planks under water for 30 minutes. Preheat oven
to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients 1 thru 5, rub on fillet
& refrigerate 2-3 hours. Brush the cooking side of the Cedar
plank with Olive Oil. Place plank in oven for 15 minutes. Remove
after 15 minutes and place Salmon filets skin side down on oiled
side of the plank. Salt and pepper liberally. Place plank in
preheated oven and cook approximately 20 min (until fish flakes
easily). Serve With a Chilled White Wine, A garden Salad, steamed
broccoli, and long grain rice with almond slivers.
